Are you looking for a new challenge/an opportunity to share your knowledge and experience inhouse? Our Bracknell based client operates within the property finance sector. This is an exciting time to join them; they have ambitious growth plans and they are currently seeking an experienced Legal Executive/Conveyancer. They are offering a salary in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 (possibly more for an exceptional candidate) and a competitive benefits package including 25 days holiday, healthcare, life assurance, discretionary bonus etc. Interested candidates will either have a conveyancing background or have worked in a legal capacity within the lending sector (approx. 5 years' experience).

This a high profile and interesting role within the business which can be tailored depending on the individual - the main element of the role will be providing legal advice and assistance to the business. Other aspects may include managing litigation activity and external legal work, contracts/procurement support, understanding new/revised legislation, risk management, compliance, company secretarial tasks, data protection and input to the securitisation process.
