THE ROLE:

Our clients highly regarded Property Litigation team boasts a number of well known names in the market who provide a first class service to a range of clients, who handle complex and high profile work on behalf of international and national clients. The busy and expanding Litigation team is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor who is either newly qualified with a desire to expand on their experience within Property Litigation, or alternatively experienced Property Litigation Solicitors who are looking to progress their career providing top quality legal advice on a variety of disputes. The role of Property Litigation Solicitor involves working on a broad range of property related problems for a range of clients including occupiers, investors, developers, financial institutions and government agencies. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be involved in all aspects of property disputes and contentious property issues along with property management issues including lease renewals and landlord and tenant disputes. The Property Litigation Solicitor will be expected to take on a client facing role where you will be assisting on large complex cases for top 100 FTSE clients or running your own busy caseload for smaller yet equally demanding businesses and will also be involved in business development, marketing and selling.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will possess strong technical skills and have excellent academic qualifications and enjoys the prospect of enhancing their career within a miotivated team. In addition the newly appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills as well as your high attention to detail. The Property Litigation Solicitor will provide a first rate client service both internally and externally. Our client will consider applications from exceptional Property Litigation Solicitors with strong non contentious property experience and a commitment to developing a contentious career. The appointed Property Litigation Solicitor should be a proven team player, client focused and a good communicator with a strong practical approach to your workload and good attention to detail. Ideally Property Litigation experience is preferred but Solicitors with strong property experience and a willingness to develop will also be considered.
