JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
SALARY: Dependant on experience
Handling a mixed caseload of contentious and non contentious related employment matters, the appointed Employment Solicitor will be expected to advise both respondents and claimant clients on all types of employment related matters. The role will include advising on TUPE, unfair dismissal, discrimination, contracts of employment, director's service agreement and re-organisations. The successful Employment Solicitor will ideally have some experience of supervising and mentoring junior employment lawyers as well as managing your own caseload of employment related cases.
Working within a supportive and progressive department, suitable Employment Solicitors will have proven expertise in dealing with all aspects of employment matters. This opportunity offers the well rounded Employment Solicitor to really enhance their profile within the employment field on both a professional and personal level. Advising on the full range of employment law you will be well versed in both contentious and non contentious employment and be able to advise both claimants and respondents on various types of employment related files. You will have a solid knowledge of all types of employment matters and be able to develop, maintain and establish relationships with both existing and new clients.
