Knowledge Management Administrator
Our client, a leading a law firm, is seeking Knowledge management Administrator to join their small and relatively new team of 3 in London.
The purpose of the team is to support and leverage knowledge sharing for the benefit of the firm and its clients. They have spent the last 18 months developing knowledge and learning systems and databases which now need to be maintained. The team are looking for an administrator to provide general administrative support and to help maintain these online systems which include a Learning Management System; an internal knowhow repository; a contacts database and various SharePoint intranet pages.
The Knowledge Management Administrator would provide support across these three service areas:
- Knowledge services - Overseeing the capture and reuse of knowledge; developing and managing knowledge systems; developing standards and best practice.
- Legal technical training - Overseeing the provision of legal technical training to all UK lawyers; capturing internal training for wider firm reuse; capturing the knowledge of the firm's subject matter experts and developing into training content.
- Library and Information Services - This offsite outsourced team report in to the KM function and manage their legal resource subscriptions (print and online); provide legal research and manage the delivery of current awareness updates for the lawyers.
