Healthcare Real Estate Solicitor

Healthcare Real Estate Solicitor required for leading national firm in Manchester.

Ideally you'll be a real estate solicitor with experience of working public or more specifically health sector clients for this role (though this is not essential if you have a keen interest in working with public sector).

Working with public sector clients requires slightly different skills and expertise. You will be sharp and commercial but also able to understand and communicate with a range of partners and key stakeholders. The work quality on offer is really good, encompassing some of the most innovative and demanding real estate work available in the UK today.

The team is collegiate and forward thinking. Home and flexible working is encouraged and he office dynamic is modern, progressive and relaxed. The supervision and pastoral care available is second to none. Lawyers are encouraged to learn and progress in a way in which builds their careers for the future and allows them to develop complex technical skills.

The firm itself are a national player with a high quality reputation. They are seeking to expand across the board in Manchester - a city they have identified as increasingly important to their clients and therefore their growth plans.

If you are a real estate solicitor interested in public sector work then please contact Joe Gregory for further details.
