A leading national practice with a full international offering is seeking a commercial property solicitor for their established real estate team. You will ideally have acted for clients in the educational sector although any institutional client experience will be considered. 

A leading national practice with a full international offering is seeking a commercial property solicitor for their established real estate team. You will ideally have acted for clients in the educational sector although any institutional client experience will be considered. 
 
You will be a commercial property solicitor with around 3 to 5 years experience and should have worked for a highly regarded regional firm or a city based practice. You will have experience that covers a broad range of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management and development work. The role will see you act for occupier, investor and developer clients with some focus on within the educational sector. A strong academic record and a high level of technical knowledge is essential, an interest and experience in marketing and business development a preference and if you have managerial experience this would be advantageous.
