Are you a junior solicitor looking for a position where you can develop your proficiencies under a notable team but still retain a social life?

Our client, recognised by the legal 500 and chambers guides as a leader in the market, is currently searching to bolster the junior end of its commercial team with a strong solicitor.

We are inviting applications from ambitious junior solicitors who are committed to the North East and want to carve out a successful career within the area.

To be of interest you will have handled your own caseload of non-contentious commercial matters. An excellent structure is in place making sure you are trained further and nurtured to the best of your ability meaning you are in the best place to progress through the ranks.

The caseload will consist of general commercial transactions and involve drafting and negotiating on contracts and agreements, advising on IP issues and data protection in addition to undergoing the relevant business development. Clients range from SME's to international £multi-million PLCs.

The role offers a very competitive salary, excellent staff benefits, a tangible route for progression, modern offices in the heart of Newcastle and a company ethos/ work life balance difficult to find elsewhere.

To apply please forward a copy of your most up to date C.V. For more information or to speak about other opportunities within the legal sector please contact David Roddy at QED Legal.
