Chadwick Nott are recruiting for an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer to join our client, a leading law firm, to be based at their Manchester office.

Our client is an international law firm, who are market leaders in the Real Estate space. This role will predominantly focus on real estate finance but there will also be exposure to a variety of matters including Islamic finance, housing finance, project finance and corporate loans as well as potential International matters.

The quality of work and client is truly exceptional, and you will be an extension of the wider team who are based mostly in London. They are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 year's PQE, ideally gained in Property Finance, but they appreciate you are likely to have wider banking and finance experience incorporating Property Finance. You will have trained and gained experience with a city or national private practice, backed up by strong academics.

This is a truly unique opportunity to join a market leading law firm and to get involved in probably the highest quality Real Estate finance work outside of London. There are excellent career and personal development opportunities on offer to the successful applicant. Part-time working arrangements may also be considered.
