An elite global player in the offshore legal market is looking to recruit a litigator to join their team in Guernsey.

You will work as part of a well sized team who deal with commercial litigation, insolvency litigation, shareholder disputes and investor litigation on behalf of some of the best clients on the island. You will be acting on behalf of major private equity funds, international banks and global corporates as well as ultra high net worth individuals.

This is a firm which believes in a shared ambition amongst their lawyers. They are high achieving and at the same time very collegiate, offering high levels of development support to lawyers.

You must have previous experience in either commercial litigation, insolvency litigation or shareholder disputes. You must also be admitted to practice either in England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or another common law jurisdiction such as New Zealand or Australia.

A relocation package will be available alongside a competitive salary and a favourable income tax regime.
