This is a new vacancy for an Employment Solicitor to join a national firm.
On offer is a varied caseload of litigated and non litigated employment rights cases. You will deal with unfair dismissals, wage and settlement agreements claims, as well as a proportion of complicated matters (e.g. discrimination/TUPE).
Acting on behalf of Trade Unions, you will have 2+ years' experience of managing employment rights cases. You will assess and advise on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims that come in. You must have excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal rules of procedure as well as the litigation process.
