NQ to 3 years PQE

Excellent and rare opportunity for a junior and ambitious lawyer to work with this top tier and highly regarded national law firm. You will be working in a close knit team, managing a large caseload of non-litigated and litigated claims and providing support to more senior members of the team in the preparation of witness statements, preparing witnesses for trial, attending conferences with counsel and attending trial. You will be working on a varied caseload to include non-litigated and litigated claims including but not limited to property damage, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, assault, employers liability and motor claims. As well as defending litigated claims through the County Court there will be an opportunity to present cases in the Magistrates court, advocate in disclosure applications to the Family court and provide internal training.
