Employment Solicitor.

A leading East Midlands firm is seeking an experienced employment solicitor due to the retirement of their employment partner.

This regional heavyweight is looking for an employment solicitor to join a team spread across several offices to head up its Derby offering.

The ideal employment solicitor will have at least five years’ experience of both claimant and respondent work, both contentious and non-contentious. This is a modern and forward thinking practice where you will be working in an open plan environment with the assistance of a paralegal.

You will be the only Employment Solicitor at the Derby office but you will be part of a wider team across other offices. Therefore, you must have experience of working free of significant supervision along with enthusiasm and the commercial acumen to network to grow and develop the Derby offering.

As the new employment solicitor your role will include supervising more junior members of staff, presenting employment law seminars along with undertaking a mixture of employment work.

This is an excellent opportunity for an employment solicitor looking for the next step in their career. This opportunity has progression through to partnership, the backing of a fantastic employment law team and a great incentive scheme/benefits package. For further information please contact Rebecca Higgs at G2 Legal or apply online. 0121 60 1069
