Residential Conveyancing - CILEX or CLC

New Build/Shared ownership expertise required


We are working with an excellent regional firm who are looking for an experienced residential conveyancing CILEX or CLC, to join a busy residential property team who focus on newbuild work. The successful residential conveyancing CILEX or CLC will be technically strong with shared ownership. You will be joining at a very exciting time for this firm.

As the successful residential conveyancing CLC or CILEx, you will be joining to provide support for their fast paced newbuild residential property team who are based in their modern office in Camberley. This residential conveyancing department deal with a large number of transactions each year, so you will be working on a varied caseload.

You will be focusing on new build residential work and it is important that you have had experience within this area of residential conveyancing. You will be able to demonstrate technical expertise on shared ownership experience and be on hand to assist and mentor more junior members of the team on this.
