THE ROLE:
Commercial Contracts/Data Protection Associate Solicitor - This exceptional London law firm, recognised within Chambers and Legal 500, are seeking a motivated and determined Commercial Contracts/Data Protection Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate Commercial team. Highly respected within the London market, this team advise large multinationals, public companies, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs across the full range of commercial matters. The successful Commercial Contracts Solicitor will have an a strong interest to work with clients in the technology sector and will regularly advise customers and suppliers on matters relating to information technology, data protection, privacy, intellectual property, outsourcing and procurement.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a results driven Commercial Contracts/Data Protection Solicitor that can bring an ambitious approach. You will offer first-class technical expertise gained from a well-regarded law firm or in-house role. You will have excellent academics and have at least 4 years' PQE. Knowledge of commercial contracts, franchising matters, IP, data protection, outsourcing and procurement will be required. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Commercial Contracts/Data Protection Solicitor to join a busy and supportive department. Driven and motivated candidates will be rewarded with a strong chance to progress to the next level. Individuals with experience gained in private practice or in-house are welcome however you will be expected to clearly demonstrate your eagerness to work in private practice.
