JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-2

THE ROLE:
As a self-motivated, driven and intellectually flexible Commercial Property Solicitor, you will become a vital part of a top tier Real Estate team, conducting a dynamic and exciting caseload. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of complex matters, including large scale property development, urban regeneration and self-invested pension schemes. The role requires a demonstrable flair for the entire lifecycle of commercial property matters, from support on site assembly to sale. You gain excellent exposure to a varied range of clients, including investment companies, well known national developers, healthcare companies and retail franchises. Displaying excellent technical skills and a desire to excel within the team, you will be given high levels of responsibility from the outset handling a full range of real estate matters both nationally and internationally.

As an innovative and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be motivate to excel within a well-regarded top 200 UK firm. You will have demonstrable experience thriving in a challenging environment and handling a range of commercial property matters, most importantly being keen to develop your knowledge and support the growth of the business.
