Venn Group are inviting experienced Childcare Lawyers to apply for an exciting and highly desired role at one of the largest and most dynamic local authorities in the UK, based in Kent, who are currently recruiting for an OUTSIDE IR35 Childcare Locum Lawyer. Due to this role being determined as outside IR35 regulations, candidates are able to work through their personal service or limited companies.
The role requires expertise in a wide range of childcare matters and will be expected to deal with the following:
- Approximate caseload of under 10 care proceedings matters and under 10 pre-proceedings matters (locums are not expected to deal with this many)
- Advocacy is optional (it is a benefit for the client should a locum wish to conduct advocacy but by no means is it imperitive)
The post will be on going on a full-time basis and the client is able to offer flexible home working options.
It is essential that applicants are either a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive, with a current practicing experience and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in childcare.
