Real Estate/Commercial Property Solicitor
1 to 8 years PQE

If you are a talented real estate lawyer with a good mix of commercial real estate experience then our client, a highly regarded and progressive Oxfordshire law firm is looking to hire a real estate lawyer with at least 1 yrs pqe. The work will be a good mix of commercial work and would suit a candidate looking for increased autonomy and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm.
The team is highly rated in the legal directories and acts on a local, national and international basis for property companies and individuals investing in the retail, leisure, industrial and health sectors in England and Wales. The team also has specialist expertise in Landlord and Tenant matters and the sale and purchase of rural properties, farms and agricultural estates, as well as assisting with agricultural tenancies and the management of estates.
