THE FIRM
Our client is a leading law firm based in the South West of England, with an excellent reputation and highly ranked by the leading legal directories.
THE ROLE
A new opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join the dispute resolution team, recognised for handling a broad range of disputes for clients operating in both the private and public sectors.
You will be working across a range of different practice areas, handling a high quality workload of complex litigation, ADR, Arbitration, specialist tribunals and multijurisdictional disputes.
The team also has specialist expertise advising on and handling criminal and regulatory investigations.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be c 3-4 PQE with a sound academic record and have experience in dispute resolution gained from a top national or regional firm.
In return, you will be working with a firm which has significantly invested in developing new resources, skills and accreditation for their lawyers at any stage of a dispute.
