THE ROLE
Within the firm's market leading Leveraged Finance group where you will be handling large, multi-jurisdictional transactions, and including both public and private bids.
You will be regularly working on big-ticket, cross-border deals, gained in times of both boom and bust.
The firm's lawyers have been active in transactions all across Europe and beyond and work on some of the most cutting-edge and high profile deals in the market.
ABOUT YOU
A finance lawyer with 3PQE+ and outstanding academics, you will have strong technical knowledge of the legal framework surrounding general financing transactions
While experience of working on leveraged/acquisition finance transactions would be a bonus, it is not essential.
You will be looking to join a friendly and dynamic team where the quality of work is second to none.
