THE ROLE
A commercial disputes lawyer is now required to join the firm's Tax Litigation and Investigations team.
ABOUT YOU
A commercial litigator with 1-3pqe, your role will involve assisting in large commercial cases arising out of failed tax-incentivised investments.
With strong academics and experience gained at a leading law firm, your commercial litigation experience should include professional negligence, misrepresentation and fraud claims.
