Job Details

We have recently been instructed on a new locum role for our client, a Top 100 law firm, who are keen to secure an experienced locum to join their Housing Management Team.

The team, who are national leaders in their field, provide expert legal advice to registered social landlords and local authority clients across Wales and England. Their advice covers all aspects of tenancy enforcement arising out of nuisance behaviour, criminal activity or anti-social behaviour and other issues to include succession, defending disrepair claims, homelessness and allocations.

The role will include a wide range of tasks and responsibilities including producing court documents, negotiating with other parties, advising clients, regular advocacy and supervision of junior members of the team.

This is a remote working role but you may be required to attend the office / Court when necessary.

Ideally this is a full time role but the client is open to considering candidates who wish to work part-time.

The role is to start ASAP to cover the next 2-3 months ideally.
