Family Solicitor
Oxford
2 to 6 years PQE
£45,000 ++ DOE
Our client is a nationally recognised top tier firm with offices across the UK. Their highly regarded top tier family team are now looking to expand their offering by recruiting an ideally 5 to 8 year PQE lawyer to join them in their Oxford office. Known for its excellent pastoral care and team ethos this firm offers the right candidate a superb platform on which to continue their professional standing and career. The role requires experience of high value and complex matrimonial finance issues and private child law matters which you will have gained at a City or similar sized regional firm. As well as running your own case load and assisting the Partners, you will be required to support the Partners in client marketing and business development activities to develop the team's client base and your own individual contacts. You will ideally already have experience of:
- Matrimonial work including HNW divorce, separation and finances
- Children work including arrangements proceedings and moves abroad
- Arrangements for children born as a result of IVF and surrogacy arrangements
- Mediation and Arbitration
- Inheritance Act disputes
