Residential Conveyancing Solicitors we have an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded team in East Yorkshire. Our client is currently seeking a Solicitor to head up its residential department.

You would be working on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, specifically a mixture of sales and purchases and will be expected to conduct your own caseload from start to finish. You will need to have good communication, marketing and organisational skills as well as being able to conduct your work to the highest standard of client care.

The firm offers a great working environment and you will be assisted by several support staff in the team, who you will have responsibility over and will manage. The firm will reward your hard work and commitment with a competitive salary.

Our client has indicated that someone with at least 3 years PQE will possess the required level of knowledge and experience to carry out this role, however this is just a guideline and our client will accept applications from candidates who fall outside this PQE range but who possess the relevant knowledge/experience to succeed in this role.

How to Apply:
If you would like to apply for this role then contact Rachel Birkinshaw at Sacco Mann or another member of our Private Practice team. Alternatively, if you know of anyone who would be suitable for this role then please let them or us know as we offer a reward for successful referrals. For full terms please see our website.
