SALARY:                        Dependant on Experience – plus bonus  

THE ROLE:
A Top 100 firm in the city are actively seeking the addition of an experienced Costs Draftsperson to join their costs team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective, timely and efficient service to the firm’s clients and dealing with bills of costs, replies and/or points of dispute, costs budgets, negotiations and advices. Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to, communicating with the clients of the department, managing your own caseload and taking on work assigned to you in a variety of Court of Protection, Personal Injury and Commercial matters. Associated with this role is a bonus scheme which allows for up to 10% of gross earnings to be paid as an annual bonus, dependant upon performance.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this role, you must be currently working as a Costs Draftsperson and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Applicants must have prior experience of handling Court of Protection work and exposure to Personal Injury and Commercial work would be advantageous. Applications are sought from candidates who can ensure excellent service standards and maintain high client satisfaction. Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential.
