My client, a successful and traditional practice based in Northallerton is looking to recruit a Solicitor into their Commercial Property department. The firm is well established and has been around for many years - they handle work on behalf of very established clients including agricultural clients and small businesses and handling local and national work.

The firm is looking to expand and is therefore looking for a Solicitor who is wanting to progress within a firm.

One thing to mention is the firm is not targets driven!

The Role:

You will be handling a mixed caseload consisting of predominantly commercial property, residential conveyancing, agricultural matters and landlord and tenant.

The Candidate:

Candidates with some knowledge of wills and probate is advantageous.

Benefits:

A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer for the chosen candidate, as well as the opportunity to handle a range of good quality work.

Fantastic long term prospects for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door with a firm that can offer progression/partnership.

No pressure of targets

How to Apply:

If you would like to apply for this role then please contact Holly Dymoke-Marr or another member of the Private Practice team at Sacco Mann. Alternatively, if this role is not for you but you know someone who could be interested, then please let them or us know as we offer a reward for successful referrals.
