This is a legal 500 firm with a Tier 1 team of Private Client experts, who are able to boast a highly respected Partner led department. Our client services numerous FTSE 350 companies, public and private sector organisations, charities and high-net worth individuals, providing a diverse and quality workload. This firm act for clients in some of the most complex and challenging situations, offering advice on all elements of estate and tax planning. They are trusted advisors for all personal and family legal requirements and wealth management issues. Typically, the clients require advice on wills, trusts and probate are wealthy families and individuals, business people and landowners.

Applications for this role are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will be working with an enviable caseload of HNW clientele and have responsibility for complex work including tax planning, estate management, will drafting and trusts. This role will entail working alongside a team of expert Private Client Solicitors, from junior, to Partner level. Being an essential prerequisite, you will have exceptional technical expertise and will be a STEP Member. You will be comfortable to demonstrate your business development expertise alongside excellent communication skills and a track record of dealing with HNW clients successfully. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, with relevant experience in Private Client matters. Strong commercial acumen and commitment to deliver a first class service will be a given. You will be technologically savvy, organised and have a strong work ethic with a conscious effort to deliver to tight deadlines. Initially Rachel provided comprehensive support to Senior Consultants, Managers and other Team Co-ordinators. She then spent 2 years as a consultant within the locum division, responsible for the recruitment of temporary Solicitors and Legal Executives and also the Paralegal/Legal Secretary division. Kaye Thumpston – Divisional Manager
Kaye Thumpston is Divisional Manager within eNL’s  locum division and has responsibility for the temporary legal recruitment team nationally. She has been involved in legal recruitment since 2006  and  is well placed to offer sound career advice. Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough  understanding of what  clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Her practical and honest advice has resulted in a successful commercial reputation respected by both candidates and  clients.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual.
