JOB TITLE: Senior Employment Consultant
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: North Nottinghamshire
SALARY: £50,000-£70,000 DOE- Generous fee share agreement.

THE ROLE:
Our highly reputable client is looking grow their firm with the addition of a Senior Solicitor on a consultancy basis. In this flexible role you will have the opportunity to take charge of your career, choosing the hours you work and the files you handle, working from home and only attending the office when you have meetings, working with your existing client base as well as undertaking business development to build on your success. The firm will help with marketing and work generation, but it is encouraged that consultants view cases that the firm can refer to as a bonus rather than what they rely on. This is an excellent opportunity to move away from the constraints of a traditional law firm setting to really focus on what matters most to you, building relationships with your clients which results in fee income. You should be an experienced Employment Solicitor or Partner, ideally with a client following.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is particularly interested in speaking to experienced solicitors or partners who are based within North Nottinghamshire and Newark. The ideal candidate should specialise in Employment Law and have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. It’s the perfect opportunity for a dedicated lawyer looking to work on a self-employed basis - perhaps you are looking for the bridge between setting up your own firm or fed up with the constraints within a large commercial firm.
