Private practice law firm require a Marketing Executive to join the fold. You will be an enthusiastic, creative and motivated Marketing Executive, based at the firms West Midlands office, although travel will be required to other sites. This role involves all aspects of marketing including:

• Advising and developing a marketing strategy tailored to the different areas of the Firm’s practice, with a view to raising
the Firm’s profile, developing work sources (both new and existing) and enhancing our online presence and an
understanding of the principles of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Expert Knowledge of Social media Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn
• Ensuring the website is compliant in respect of the transparency rules
• Updating content such as press releases and articles and blogs
• Advertising and updating job vacancies on social media, implementing, and optimising any marketing campaigns as well
as running the social media side of the business to positively promote the Firm
• Be the first point of contact for any marketing queries and lead the continued development of our website
• Use of Google Analytics and website data to continuously improve conversion rates
• Creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns
• A professional, credible, and confident communicator, with strong influencing skills and the ability to work effectively
with individuals at all levels
• Responsible for developing and implementing our Marketing and Social Media strategy to increase our online presence
and improve our marketing and business
• Develop a Marketing and Social Media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
• Develop and manage campaigns that promote the organisation and brand
• Help build and develop business relationships B2B
• Market research with competitors
• Monitoring social media and the Web for feedback in relation to the Firm
• Continue to build on the relationship with our website developers

Due to the firms office location and the nature of this role, it is essential that all candidates drive and have their own

• This would suit someone who has a relevant qualification (degree or equivalent) and professional marketing experience
• This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Professional to join our growing Firm
• Full time Permanent Position or Part time (a minimum of 25 hours per week are required for this role)

Initially Rachel provided comprehensive support to Senior Consultants, Managers and other Team Co-ordinators. She then spent 2 years as a consultant within the locum division, responsible for the recruitment of temporary Solicitors and Legal Executives and also the Paralegal/Legal Secretary division. Pasquale Agatiello – Senior Consultant (In-house)

Kaye Thumpston – Divisional Manager
Kaye Thumpston is Divisional Manager within eNL’s  locum division and has responsibility for the temporary legal recruitment team nationally. She has been involved in legal recruitment since 2006  and  is well placed to offer sound career advice. Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough  understanding of what  clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Her practical and honest advice has resulted in a successful commercial reputation respected by both candidates and  clients.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual.
