A unique opportunity has arisen with a leading North East commercial firm based in the heart of Newcastle for a defendant personal injury Solicitor to join a highly reputable team. The team is well established nationally and this is a fantastic new role for an experienced Solicitor who is looking to handle some high quality matters and work within an award winning firm.

This role has arisen due to expansion, so this is a great time to join the department and hit the ground running with top quality work, including multi million pound transactions.

The Role:

The team delivers claims handling services to major UK insurers and has a national reputation for their expertise, handling the most serious and expensive catastrophic injury cases, mainly severe brain injury, spinal cord injury and amputations.

The Candidate:

The firm is ideally looking to recruit a Solicitor with between 1 and 3 years post qualification experience. However, the firm is happy to be fairly flexible with this requirement, so if your PQE falls closely outside of this range and you think you have the right experience, then please don't hesitate to apply.

The right candidate will have some experience in catastrophic injury as well as significant litigation experience.

It is essential that you will have defendant PI experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to handle some high quality matters and really progress within a reputable, award winning firm.

A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer for the successful candidate.
