JOB TITLE: Senior Family Solicitor- Consultant
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: South Warwickshire
SALARY: £50,000-£65,000 - Generous fee share agreement.

THE ROLE:
This is a fantastic opening for a Consultant Solicitor specialising in Family law. The firm are looking for a Senior Solicitor/ Partner who is looking to escape the constraints of a traditional law firm setting, whilst working within a and forward-thinking law firm. This position will allow you to work remotely, whilst maintaining a good work/life balance. The firm are looking to grow their team, with the Consultant having a minimum of 5+ PQE. This role would be particularly suitable for Solicitors or Partners who already have their own client base; however, this is not essential. You must be a confident and outgoing individual who is willing to win new business and manage your own workload. The Consultant Solicitor will be able to choose preferred working hours, place of work and charge out rates enabling you to provide the service you have always wanted to, alongside the ongoing support the firm will offer in way of; indemnity insurance, legal support, marketing materials and training and development. At this stage the firm are looking for Solicitors with a good client base, that are wanting to break away from the traditional setting of a law firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate for this role will be a Senior Solicitor/ Partner and at least 5 years’ experience of working within Family law. You must be hardworking, hungry for success and a team player.
