Personal Injury Fee Earner – South Yorkshire
PQE / Experience: Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal, Litigation Executive, Fee Earner, Claims Handler
Commutable from: Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield, Barnsley
Salary: £25,000-£35,000 (dependent upon experience) + excellent benefits including contrib. pension, 25 days holiday, health cash plan etc.

The opportunity
As a Fee Earner working within the Fast Track Post Litigation Team dealing with issued cases, you will carry out full case handling duties progressing cases to court. You will be working on a mixed and varied PI caseload, working under the supervision of a Team Leader whilst managing your own case load.  
If you thrive on being busy and can adapt well to new challenges, then our client will give you all the training and support you’ll need to help you succeed in this highly rewarding role.
Our client can also offer flexibility with working arrangements. You can choose your working pattern between the core working hours of 8am-6pm with one hour for lunch. Our client can also consider part time, a minimum of four days (28 hours) for a candidate with the relevant experience to hit the ground running. 
The particulars
Ideal candidate criteria: 

  • Claimant Personal Injury EL PL Litigation experience is essential in order to handle your own fully litigated caseload;
  • Excellent client care and communication skills;
  • Able to cope well under pressure and maintain excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and keep to tight deadlines, especially given the cases are all litigated and within Court timetables;
  • IT literate and attentive to detail, with proven expertise in client care.
