Employers Liability Fee Earner – Manchester
Experience: 2+ Years Litigation experience 
Commutable from:  Lancashire, Stockport, Manchester, Cheshire, Salford, Warrington  
Salary:  £25,000 - £35,000

The opportunity
The successful candidate will join a tight-knit, expanding personal injury team dealing with their own litigation focused caseload of employers liability matters. You will be managing all stages of the litigation process from portal submission to full litigation, representing clients who have been injured at work or in a public place. 
The particulars

  • Good working knowledge of the EL/PL Portal process
  • Knowledge of the CPR and Fast-Track litigation process
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Ability to provide high standards of client care at all times

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of Proclaim
  • Knowledge of LAPSO
  • Experience of running EL/PL files
