Interesting new opportunity to join a mid sized Bristol firm that is on growth mode and looking to build up its company/commercial profile.

If you are a corporate/commercial lawyer or looking to join a firm where you can have a broad based client base, and be integral to the development of the team our Client would like to hear from you. You will be working closely with lead Partner, getting involved in Business development from day one. Great opportunity to make your mark at an early stage. You will be dealing with all aspects of corporate and commercial work for SME's and OMB's including Share and business sales and purchases; Terms and conditions of business and other commercial agreements (eg distribution, services, franchising agreements); Joint venture and shareholder agreements; Issue and transfer of shares; Corporate restructuring; Partnership agreements and advice; Corporate finance .

If you are looking for a new challenge and are frustrated in a larger more bureaucratic firm, then this firm, situated in a beautiful part of Bristol centre could be your new challenge.
