Residential Conveyancer Solicitor.
 
Over 100 years experience across the North East, my client's reputation is well known for the quality of their work and the legal services they provide the local community in Stockton On Tees.  
 
They are a multi service firm that provide their expertise across the Tyne & Wear & Teeside market from small SME’s to multinational organisations.
 
You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor running a volume residential conveyancing caseload including a full range of freehold and leasehold purchase and sale, remortgage, transfer of equity and new build purchase transactions.
 
The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and be a keen team player having the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines in a timely, concise and effective manner.
 
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise and organise their workload effectively and multitask. Whilst at least 6 months conveyancing experience is essential the successful applicant must demonstrate a sound academic background with full knowledge of IT.
