Legal Secretary - Property - Southampton

One of the UK's top 100 law firms with offices across London and the South of England offering the full suite of legal services including more specialist sectors such as Aerospace and Defence, Agriculture, Energy and Waste, Innovation and Technology, and Financial Services from partner-led teams whose expertise matches that found in much larger City firms.

It is within one of these specialist teams that they seek to appoint a professional and highly competent Legal Secretary. The Agriculture Team has an excellent understanding of the sector, clients include farmers, growers, agri-businesses and other rural enterprises. They provide commercially focused legal advice on a range of agricultural issues, including property sales, development, tax and succession planning through to guidance on subsidies.

You will be required to provide legal secretarial service to the to the Fee Earners in the Southampton office duties will include audio and copy typing services, diary management, producing letters and documents utilising Case Management and IT systems as appropriate, ensuring the highest levels of speed, accuracy, presentation & confidentiality. You will be experienced already in this type of a role with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm and very competent in the use of Microsoft Office. The firm and the team need an individua with a 'can do' attitude, a problem solver and a strong work ethic with customer focus and high levels of professionalism.
