A leading firm in Bedford are looking for an experienced civil litigation solicitor to join their expanding team. Due to continued growth over an extended period this particular firm is looking to increase their litigation team. The ideal candidate will come from a general civil litigation enviroment with exposure to contested probate as a must. 

You will ideally be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with around 2-6 years' PQE, the successful candidate should be experienced in litigation with a focus on Debt Recovery, Challenging Wills, Dispute Resolution- Executor & PR/Trust/Court of Protection, Estate Administration, Inheritance Act Claims, Bankruptcy & Insolvency and Professional Negligence. 

The department experiences high levels of work and as such exposure to a busy and varied caseload is advantageous. Any caniddate that can generate additional work or who has a particular following of clients will be at a significant advantage.
