Residential Development Solicitor - to Partner level

Leading international law firm opportunity in Manchester for an experienced and senior residential development solicitor with either existing partnership looking for a new challange or a senior lawyer with a strong residential practice seeking the next step up.

Well known for real estate and residential development, in particular, the team operates on a national basis with a strong regional presence across Leeds and Manchester.  The role will be based in the Manchester office where the firm has a sizable real estate team handling all aspects of residential development work from site acquisition and set up through to plot sales.

The firm plans to grow the regional office with this appointment to really drive the business forward.  You may be at senior associate or equivilent level but more importantly will have developed existing relationships with house builders and have a good solid practice in regional residential development work. The firm already holds panel status for most of the major developers.  You will continue to develop and maintain these relationships whilst playing a part in the management and growth of the team.
You will work against the backdrop of an already established and highly successful residential development practice with strong corporate support across the firm.
A highly competitive salary and benefits package is on offer.
For more information on this residential development solicitor role, please contact Rachel Darlington at G2 Legal on 0161 414 1100 or please apply with an up to date CV for a confidential discussion.
