THE ROLE:

Our client has an opening for an enthusiastic Commercial Property / Agricultural Solicitor to concentrate on Commercial and Agricultural work based in Devon. The firm has an expanding Commercial and Agricultural client base and ample opportunity to develop this. The role of Commercial Property / Agricultural Solicitor has a clear path to Partnership based in a successful Commercial Property team.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Commercial Property / Agricultural Solicitor will join a loyal team of property experts and will benefit from the satisfaction of handling good quality work. The team advise on the following areas; agricultural tenancies including rent reviews, security of tenure and compensation issues, business structures for agricultural and diversification enterprises, contracts whether with employees, buyers or suppliers, environmental obligations, estate and tax planning, farm worker accommodation, farms and country houses sales and purchases, IACS, quotas and practical aspects of European legislation, partnership agreements, shared farming agreements, joint venture agreements and company incorporation and Sales and purchase of businesses and assets. This is a new post for an Commercial Property / Agricultural Solicitor which calls for a Solicitor with a high regard for quality and a presence with clients. The Commercial Property / Agricultural Solicitor must have genuine drive and determination for this key appointment which will see you working closely with the Partners and making a valuable contribution to the development of the firm.
