Employment (Respondent) Solicitor - Senior Role - Lake District
Tremendous opportunity for a Senior Solicitor to join this highly regarded Legal 500 listed Employment team. This is a commercial law firm with an excellent reputation across the region and have a high calibre of blue chip clients.
This role is to work closely with a Partner and assist with the growth of the department. Whilst this firm are already established in the North West they are looking to continue to develop their growing client base and maintain their standing as a key player in the market.
You will predominantly be representing businesses on issues such as unfair dismissal, TUPE transfer, HR training, discrimination advice, drafting employment contracts & policies as well as undertaking tribunal advocacy and providing in house training when required.
Applications will be considered from 5 Year + PQE Solicitors with strong backgrounds in Employment Law. Ideally you will have gained experience at a Legal 500 firm or have experience of dealing with commercial clients and respondent experience.
There will be potential to progress your career and move into a senior role as this firm do nurture talent and look after their staff in the long term. Salary will be based on PQE experience however their will also be a benefits system in place.
