A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Development Solicitor to join the Manchester office of a reputable national law firm. Salary upwards of £45k.

Our client is a market-leading national law firm, who have an award winning and well-regarded Real Estate practice. They advise an impressive array of bluechip PLCs, including many FTSE250 businesses, and institutional clients in relation to the full spectrum of Real Estate matters.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to the team in Manchester.

You will ideally have at least 2PQE in Commercial Property, with your training experience gained at a city, national or recognised regional practice. Residential Development experience is key to this role, in particular the site set up/ plot sales element, and they are looking to speak to individuals with significant experience in this area. They are keen to hear from lawyers currently working in private practice, or working in-house with housebuilders.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the leading UK law firms, with strong progression prospects on offer to the right individual. Competitive package dependent on experience, upwards of £45k.

Should you wish to discuss this role, or other similar opportunities, please contact Geoff Baines for a confidential conversation.
