Industrial Disease Head of Department.
 
Boasting an already established and dedicated team dealing with technical and complex caseloads of Industrial Disease (Asbestos, HAVS and NIHL) claims from instruction through to resolution my client requires an additional senior Defendant Industrial Disease Solicitor to lead the team in Chester. 
 
The successful candidate will be an Industrial Disease Solicitor with demonstrable experience in handling their own caseload of Industrial Disease claims from start to finish preferably across a diverse range of matters and you will have gained experience in supervising or managing a team or junior members of staff. The department handles a variety of work with most of their focus on Asbestos and Mesothelioma claims, it is required that you have had previous responsibility for these matters, from instruction to conclusion (settlement or trial) ideally.
 
The guideline of experience for this Chester based role is from 4yrs+ with all candidates given equal consideration once they can demonstrate the necessary skillset for the role.
