Claimant Clinical Negligence/PI Solicitor - 2 - 4 Years PQE

This Clinical Negligence/PI Department are specialist Lawyers who understand the legal and medical issues involved in a wide range of personal injury and clinical / medical negligence claims.

Due to continuing growth and success, an excellent opportunity has now arisen for an enthusiastic Solicitor with at least one to two years post qualification experience in this area to join their expanding team of specialists. The successful candidate will inherit some existing cases initially and they will be a requirement to build upon this with a view to running their own full PI/Clinical Negligence caseload.

The successful candidate will need a positive and proactive outlook and approach and thrive on working in a busy and pressured environment as well as be keen to play an active role in business development through attending networking and marketing events where necessary. Candidates will also need to demonstrate that they are organised and articulate with excellent IT and administration skills and can work on their own initiative whilst embracing the culture of working in an open team environment.
