The successful candidate will cover the maternity leave of one of the three PSLs in this firm's busy and growing Corporate group. Responsibilities will include drafting and updating precedents, answering fee earner enquiries, arranging and delivering legal training and being involved in projects including assessing and developing due diligence resource solutions. The main work streams of the group include private company M&A, joint ventures, private equity and group reorganisations.
This role would suit either an existing PSL or a candidate who is currently fee-earning and looking to move into a PSL role. A good knowledge of corporate structures including company law is required, as are excellent drafting and organisational skills. An interest in legal technology would be advantageous.
