Residential Property Conveyancer.
 
Established over 150 years ago our client is a growing 6 Partner private practice law firm. The firm are based in a market town in South Oxfordshire/Berkshire border and are well known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout Thames Valley and beyond.
 
The Residential Property department within the firm is thriving, with quality and high value work being generated by the firm and its existing clients.
 
As part of their succession planning they are looking to appoint a Residential Property Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive to join the buoyant team of 5 other fee earners.
 
You will be responsible for assisting the Head of Residential Property with conveyancing transactions whilst also running your own caseload of high value £400k up to £6million) Residential Property matters.
 
The work will include: Sales and Purchases, Development work, Remortgages, Equity release schemes, Transfers of equity, Matrimonial Conveyancing and Leasework.
 
This is a client facing role and they are seeking a certain individual who has aspirations to assist growing the residential department in the future.
 
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and friendly, have good academics and have a minimum of 3 years Conveyancing experience handling a broad caseload of Property matters.
