An award winning full service national commercial practice is keen to recruit a Plot Sales Executive to join its Real Estate Team and be based at the firms' modern office in Birmingham city centre.

The Real Estate Team has an envied client base and is regularly instructed by leading national and international Plc's, property developers, investors, landlords, occupiers and public sector bodies. As a consequence of this expanding client base, the firm now wishes to appoint a fee earner to its Plot Sales Team to deal with all aspects of plot sales work. You will manage files from inception through to completion and also undertake post completion work, ensuring that you remain closely engaged with clients throughout the entire process.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 12 months' conveyancing and plot sales experience within the residential and building sector. You will have excellent communication and client management skills, be able to cope with a demanding workload and be able to manage ever evolving priorities as a consequence of clients' busy trading periods.
