Corporate Finance Solicitor. 
 
This well established, corporate and commercial Legal 500 law firm with several offices across Yorkshire are looking to strengthen its Corporate Finance department with the hire of a Corporate Finance Solicitor at their York office. The corporate team acts for many leading business and individuals in the region and undertakes both UK and cross-border transactions.
 
Due to strategic growth plans, they are looking to expand the team with the hire of an experienced Corporate Finance Solicitor, of up to 7 years PQE with experience in corporate transactions to assist with the growing work load.
 
This firm is a leading practice with significant strength in its corporate department and is known for its professional yet down to earth working environment.
 
The York-based role will involve dealing with clients, attending meetings, drafting and negotiating corporate documents to include share and asset purchase and sale agreements, shareholders agreements, articles of association and partnership/LLP constitutions, merger/demerger agreements, loan documentation and share options.
 
The department is relaxed and informal, but extremely professional and you will find yourself part of a supportive and collegiate team providing a cutting edge, commercial and innovative client service.
