My client is a leading national practice with offices all across the country. They are currently looking for a qualified Solicitor to join their Birmingham office as part of their growing Regulatory team.


The ideal candidate will have a criminal background with experience in Health and Safety and / or Regulatory matters.


You will be able to demonstrate experience in:

  • Health and safety and regulatory work involving prosecuting and defending in the Magistrates Courts
  • Advising upon relevant areas of criminal and regulatory law in connection with health and safety, environmental and planning legislation and specific statutory controls enforced by other regulatory bodies to include interpretation of legislation and advice upon procedural and evidential issues
  • Advising public bodies in particular NHS Trusts on police powers and procedures often in sensitive cases with media interest
  • Advice and representation at Inquests


You will also have between 2 and 3 years post-qualified experience or equivalent. In return, you will be offered a market-leading salary and benefits package inherent with working for a firm of their size.
