Our client is a national firm and they are going through a period of substantial growth

They are looking for a qualified Senior Planning Consultant/Associate to join our team in the Manchester office.

The successful candidate will manage a range of projects across a diverse portfolio, dealing with clients and local planning authorities directly to take developments through the planning process. The candidate will also be involved with appraising sites to assessing the prospects of securing planning permission and promoting sites through the Local Plan process.

The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic and self motivated individual. They will have good planning stage project management skills and experience of working with other disciplines involved in the planning process. A strong understanding of development management procedures and working with local planning authorities through to the determination of planning applications is requried.

You will be a member of the RTPI and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and 2 - 4 years post RTPI experience.

You will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to demonstrate a strong commercial client focus.
