Senior Associate Construction (Partnership Track) - London
This national law firm prides itself on being a genuinely excellent place to work. The firm has an established base of construction clients and is looking for a Senior Associate who would like to progress to Partner to service an existing client base. The firm has an 18-month partnership track in mind for the right person. The role will focus on non-contentious matters and will involve managing a small team of juniors. The firm's client base includes well-known privately-owned construction companies as well as public sector bodies with an education and social housing sector focus. The team operates nationally and the new hire will have the opportunity manage client relationships and juniors in London, whilst liaising with other offices. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate looking for a step-up and route to partnership.
In addition to this lucrative partnership opportunity, the firm actively promotes a good work life balance ethos with around 50% of the construction department working from home one or two days per week.
The ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified and will have at least 6 years' PQE within private practice or a combination of in-house and private practice experience. Having a domestic focus is important, as the firm's clients are predominantly UK-based. Candidates will need to demonstrate evidence of strong business development and client management skills, and previous managerial/supervisory experience.
