JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer

PQE REQUIRED: 2 years+ PQE

LOCATION: Cornwall

SALARY: £Excellent

THE ROLE:

This thriving residential property department is seeking to add an additional Residential Conveyancer to provide support on a full range of residential property transactions. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will take responsibility for their own caseload and be tasked with independently processing files from start to conclusion. The team is friendly and supportive and this role offers an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to continue to progress their career, gain some valuable experience and make a name for themselves within the local market.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Residential Conveyancer should be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least two years of post qualification experience gained within a residential property department. The Residential Conveyancer should have significant experience of processing property files from the initial stages through to post completion and should have a broad range of knowledge of matters including sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold matters, licences, buy to let, re-mortgages and shares ownership. The Residential Conveyancer should be used to handling a large number of property transactions at any one time and should be adept at meeting multiple strict deadlines.

THE FIRM:

Our client is a long established firm within the South West, who has experienced substantial growth over the past years and is looking to appoint a bright and hard working Residential Conveyancer to join their team in one of their offices in a beautiful part of the county. Their approach is to not only keep up with the latest developments, but stay ahead of them, dealing with a number of specialist areas of law which are less common than those provided by big corporate city firms. This role will offer the Residential Conveyancer the chance of comprehensive training and development opportunities, in addition to a competitive remuneration package.
